Using the Chat feature

You can message us directly via the CryoCloud app by clicking on the chat icon in your bottom right corner of the CryoCloud app.

It allows you to either send us a message, describe and report your issue, or make feature request via the chat interface.

Use the chat for faster response times

We recommend the chat over email as it allows you to directly create a ticket which will be stored in your chat history and facilitates troubleshooting. Response times are usually also faster via the chat.
